The boarding community at Dulwich College celebrates the end of the year

Our annual Boarders’ BBQ which takes place in the Blew House garden, was blessed with glorious sunshine and was made even more special this year due to the fact that most of the Year 13s had finished their A levels just that afternoon, with the final Further Maths paper.

The BBQ was an opportunity for the pupils to say thank you to their tutors and subject teachers, and to enjoy some good food in the company of their friends. Gifts were distributed to staff and pupils, and the two incoming House Captains were ceremoniously handed their new blazers by the outgoing pair, signifying the start of their tenure.  There were a few goodbyes – to the Year 13s of course, as well as to Ms Baxter-Wilks, Ms Walters and Mr Smith, who will all be leaving the boarding community this term.  We thank them very much for their contribution and wish them all the best for the future.
